Dispatch and delivery time
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and usually delivered in 2-7 working days depending on your location.
Deliveries may take longer during festivals, sales or bad weather, and we will keep you updated.
Charges
Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-delivery threshold is shown on the cart page.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp once the order ships, and you can also see order status in your account.
Undelivered orders
If a parcel returns to us undelivered, we contact you to re-ship or refund it.
