These terms govern purchases from demo 14, an online shop operated by demo 14. By placing an order you accept them.
1. Orders and prices
All prices on demo 14 are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page.
An order is confirmed only after payment is received. If an item is out of stock after payment, we cancel that item and refund it.
2. Product information
We describe products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and packaging may change.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by RBI-authorised payment providers. demo 14 does not store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
4. Delivery, returns and refunds
Orders are usually delivered in 2-7 working days. Returns are accepted within 7 days and refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval.

5. Liability
demo 14's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the courts of our registered city.
