Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and with all tags intact.
Perishable, personal-care and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
How to request
Contact us with your order number and a photo if the item is damaged.
Refund timeline
Once the return is received and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
Shipping charges
Delivery charges are refunded only when the item was damaged, defective or wrongly shipped.
