Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, or any time before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once an order has been handed to the delivery partner it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our refund policy.

We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is unserviceable, or payment fails verification. The full amount is refunded in such cases.

Amounts for cancelled orders are refunded within 7 working days to the original payment method.
