Privacy Policy

SiteFleet Technologies Private Limited respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through SiteFleet, why we collect it, how we protect it and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Account data: name, business name, email address, mobile number and password hash.
Billing data: plan selected, invoice details, GSTIN (optional) and payment reference IDs returned by our payment partners. We do not store card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs.
Store data: products, media, orders, customers and settings that a merchant uploads.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and log data used for security and fraud prevention.
2. How we use information
To create and operate your account, deliver the Platform, process subscription payments, provide support, send transactional notifications (email/WhatsApp), prevent abuse and comply with law.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use merchant customer data for advertising.
3. Payment processing
Subscription payments are handled by RBI-authorised payment aggregators and UPI apps. Card and UPI credentials are entered on the payment partner's secure page and are never visible to SiteFleet.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to run the Platform — cloud hosting, database, email and messaging providers and payment gateways — under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
5. Data retention
Account and store data is retained while your account is active and for up to 90 days after closure, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Invoices and tax records are retained as required by Indian law.
6. Security
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive credentials, row-level access controls, role-based permissions and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to our support email.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies to improve the product. You can block cookies in your browser, though sign-in will not work without essential cookies.
8. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal data by writing to our support email. We respond within 30 days.
9. Merchant storefronts
Each merchant is an independent data controller for their buyers' data. SiteFleet processes that data only on the merchant's instructions.
10. Grievance officer
Any privacy grievance may be sent to support@sitefleet.in with the subject “Privacy Grievance”. We acknowledge within 48 hours.
