Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 27 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of SiteFleet, a software-as-a-service ecommerce platform operated by SiteFleet Technologies Private Limited. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

“Platform” means the SiteFleet website, dashboard, storefronts, POS and related services. “Merchant” or “you” means the person or business that registers an account. “Buyer” means an end customer purchasing from a Merchant's storefront.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account credentials.

We may suspend or terminate accounts used for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

3. Subscriptions, billing and taxes

Plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) on a prepaid annual basis unless stated otherwise on the pricing page. Applicable GST is charged extra where required by law and a tax invoice is issued for every payment.

Subscriptions do not auto-charge without your consent. If a plan expires, paid features are locked until renewal.

4. Payments

Payments to SiteFleet are processed through RBI-authorised payment aggregators and UPI. We never store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.

Merchants may separately connect their own payment gateway for their storefront. Funds from buyer orders settle directly to the Merchant's gateway account as per that gateway's settlement cycle. SiteFleet is not a party to those transactions.

5. Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are solely responsible for the products they list, their legality, pricing accuracy, GST compliance, order fulfilment, delivery, returns and buyer support.

Merchants must publish their own shipping, refund, cancellation, privacy and contact pages on their storefront as required by their payment gateway and by Indian law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Platform to sell prohibited or restricted goods, infringe intellectual property, send unsolicited bulk messages, attempt to breach security, reverse engineer the Platform, or overload our infrastructure.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, its themes, code and branding remain the property of SiteFleet. You retain ownership of your store content, products, media and customer data.

8. Service availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid by you to SiteFleet in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or data.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may terminate for material breach, non-payment or unlawful use. On termination you may export your store data for 30 days.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
